We do not charge a fee for our initial mortgage advice which is provided free of charge. We will be paid a procuration fee of on average 0.3% of the loan from the lender if we arrange a mortgage for you. There will be a research and administration fee of up to £350 due on successful completion. You will be provided with full details of all costs in advance before proceeding with any application.
